Career clarity, without the motivational filler.
For students and early professionals who are capable, working hard, and still not sure what they are aiming at.
You are probably here because
- You have a degree or are close to one, and no clear next step
- You are learning skills but cannot tell which ones will pay
- You keep applying and hearing nothing back
- You are in a job that works on paper and not in practice
- You want to build something of your own but do not know if you are ready
Areas I can help with
- Finding a direction you can commit to for the next 12 months
- Choosing which skills to build, and in what order
- Understanding what the market actually pays for right now
- Positioning yourself — CV, profile and how you describe your work
- Making a specific decision you have been circling for months
How a session actually goes
No personality tests, no printed career maps. A conversation that ends with you knowing what to do on Monday.
You send context first
Where you are, what you have tried, and the decision you are stuck on. I read it before we talk so we do not spend the session on background.
We find the real question
The stated problem is usually not the blocking one. Most of the value is in the first twenty minutes of narrowing it down.
We look at the options honestly
Including the ones you have ruled out for bad reasons, and the ones that sound exciting but do not survive scrutiny.
You leave with a plan you chose
A small number of concrete next actions with an order and a timeframe. Mine to pressure-test, yours to own.
Before you book
Will this get me a job?
No, and be careful of anyone who says otherwise. I can help you get clear on direction, sharpen how you present yourself and pick the right skills to build. Getting hired depends on your work, the market and timing — none of which I control.
I am still a student. Is it too early?
Usually it is the opposite. Decisions made early are cheaper to change. Students often get the most out of this because there is still time to act on the answer.
Do I need to already know what I want?
No. "I have no idea" is a normal starting point and a workable one. What helps is being honest about what you have tried and what you actually enjoyed.
What do you need from me?
Context before the session and honesty during it. If you present a tidier version of your situation than the real one, the advice will be tidier and less useful.
Is this one session or ongoing?
Both work. Many people take a single conversation to unblock one decision. Others check in periodically while they execute. We can decide after the first one.
