For businesses with momentum and no clarity.
You have customers, output and effort. What you do not have is a clear answer to who this is for and why they should pick you.
The work
- Positioning — who you are for, and who you are not for
- Branding — what you look and sound like, and whether it matches
- Marketing — the channels worth your time and the ones that are noise
- Digital presence — website, social and content that does a job
- Customer acquisition — a repeatable way to find the next ten
- Personal branding for founders — using your own name as an asset
- Growth strategy — what to do next, and in what order
The fit
- Creators turning an audience into a business
- Founders of small and early-stage companies
- Digital and service businesses
- Personal brands and solo operators
- Teams who need an outside read on what is actually wrong
I am most useful to businesses small enough to change direction quickly. If you need enterprise transformation consulting, I am the wrong call.
How it works
Five stages. Most engagements stop being useful if you skip the second one.
Discovery
What the business does, who buys, what has been tried, and what you believe is wrong. I ask for numbers where they exist.
Diagnosis
I tell you what I think the actual problem is. This is often not the problem you came with, and it is the part worth paying for.
Strategy
Positioning, message and the specific moves that follow from the diagnosis. Written down, in plain language.
Execution guidance
I work alongside your team as they implement — reviewing, unblocking and correcting course rather than handing over a document.
Review
What moved, what did not, and what the next cycle should focus on. Honest assessment, including when my advice did not work.
Reasonable things to ask
Can you guarantee growth?
No. I can give you a clearer position, a sharper message and a defensible plan. Results depend on execution, market and time. Anyone guaranteeing revenue is selling something else.
Do you execute the work as well?
Consulting from me is strategy and guidance. If you need production — social, video, design, brand assets — that is what my agency InsaneX Media does, and it is a separate conversation and engagement.
How long does an engagement run?
Anything from a single diagnostic session to a multi-month engagement. I would rather start small and extend than lock you into something before either of us knows the fit.
We are pre-revenue. Is this for us?
Probably startup mentoring rather than consulting. The questions at that stage are about validation and model, not positioning and growth.
Discuss your business
Tell me what the business does and where it is stuck. I will tell you what I think the real problem is before you commit to anything.
