Everything I do, I do with obsessive intensity.
That line started as a joke about the name. It turned out to be the most accurate thing on this website.
I am Piyush — an entrepreneur from India building at the intersection of digital media, education and community.
I did not plan a portfolio career. I started by building one thing, then found that the same problem kept showing up in different clothes: a creator who could not explain what they did, a student with skills but no direction, a business with customers but no position, a founder with an idea and no way to test it. All of it is the same question — what should I actually do next?
So I stopped treating them as separate jobs.
The name is a warning label
It is not a persona. It is how I work: I go all the way in on whatever I am building, sometimes further than is sensible. That has cost me things and it has also built two companies before most people my age have finished deciding what they want to do.
I have kept the name because it sets the right expectation. If you work with me, you get someone who takes your problem more seriously than is strictly reasonable.
What that looks like in practice: I do not hand over a deck and disappear. I would rather have four hard conversations about what is actually wrong than twelve comfortable ones about strategy in the abstract.
I am also still building. Everything I teach is something I am currently doing, getting wrong, and fixing. That is the whole basis on which I am willing to advise anyone.

Most people are not short of effort. They are short of a clear answer about where to point it.
Say the real thing
Advice that avoids the uncomfortable part is not advice. It is customer service.
